Why won't you power wash my roof?
Because pressure strips the granules that are your shingles' UV protection, and it voids most manufacturer warranties. Roof algae dies from chemistry and dwell time. Anyone quoting "power washing" a roof is telling you what they don't know.
How long does it stay clean in this humidity?
A house wash in the Midlands typically holds 12–18 months; shaded north walls and heavy tree cover run closer to 10. Concrete with a post-treat goes about 18 months. That's why the semi-annual plan exists.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
